Q. How long am I a subscriber for?
Membership is effectively on a rolling monthly basis. Members can terminate their membership at any time upon serving one months written notice to us.
Q. What if I want to cancel my direct debit?
Members must give us one months written notice of termination and can thereafter cancel the Direct Debit with their bank.
Q. Can my whole firm subscribe?
Only the Partners/Directors need register but if you have other team members with who you wish to share content with you will of course be free to do that. We can also give team members their own direct access to the secure area of our website at your request.
Q. Why do I need to sign forms when I sign up?
There may be times when our guidance becomes advice; particularly on certain tax issues in which we have extensive expertise. And like you, we are regulated by our professional institutes when we give any professional advice. We have therefore structured the sign up process to cover that circumstance from the outset but have sought to keep it as simple as possible. The whole process should take only a few minutes.
Q. What information should I have to hand when joining?
To smooth the sign up process it would be very helpful to have the Directors/Partners full names, addresses and a proof of ID (ideally a driver’s license to hand). This should make registration straight forward.
